2. FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT.
The User must choose between the products offered on our website and add them to the shopping cart. When making the product selection, the page will show information about the selected quantity, price per unit and the total amount of the order. The User must verify that this information reflects the selection made prior to confirming their order. The online purchase process will begin when you click on the “PROCESS ORDER” button. In case of doubt in relation to the products, you can contact us at the telephone number 957 55 33 39 (opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Provided the billing information and in your case of shipment, you must select the payment by credit or debit card. At the end of the purchase process, the User will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order (the “Order Confirmation”).
3. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERED ITEMS.
The complete management of the order is subject to the availability of the requested products, so that if at the time of preparing the order in our warehouse, we do not have the product you want because there is no stock of it or because we consider that it is not in good condition for its sale, the User will be informed of it and we will reimburse him the amount that he would have paid for it within a maximum period of seven days (by the same payment system made) from when we inform him that the product cannot be delivered.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT.
The amount of the products is always shown in euros and includes the corresponding VAT (10%) currently in force. The order placed is free of shipping costs. We expressly reserve the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice. However, in any case, the current rates indicated on the website at the time of placing the corresponding order will apply. The payment of the purchase made will be made through the following methods:
Credit Card Payment by credit card is made through the bank’s server, which guarantees the User’s security thanks to the protocol based on the SSL standard, which means that the data travels encrypted over the network and no one can intercept them or use fraudulently. The credit card data is transmitted directly to the bank protected and this information never reaches any other recipient.
Bank Transfer: Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use the order number as a payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the amount has been received in our account.
Cash on Delivery: Pay in cash at the time of delivery. The customer must leave the exact amount indicated on the invoice at the indicated order delivery address, and deliver it to the delivery person.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COST
The delivery will be made, except in the event of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, within a period of 3 business days from the moment of the “order confirmation” at the address indicated by the User. The scope of delivery is limited to Spanish territory (Peninsula – no shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Baleares and Islas Canarias). No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The invoice or purchase ticket will be sent to you together with the product. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which the User, or a third party indicated by him, acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. Orders are shipped through the courier transport agencies. If the User requests that the shipment be made by another means other than the one offered by us, all the expenses originated by such circumstance will be borne exclusively by him.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to current regulations, the Consumer and User will have the right to Withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested product without the need to indicate the reason, and without incurring any cost, except those provided in Article 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. For this he must contact us in order to indicate the steps to follow. You can do so by calling our telephone number 957 55 33 39 or by sending the withdrawal form offered at the end of this document, to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of withdrawal, the amount paid will be paid to the User , except if you have chosen a different delivery option than the one offered by us, in which case the additional costs derived from it will not be reimbursed. The User must return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay, within 14 calendar days from the date on which he informs us of his decision to withdraw. We will proceed to make the aforementioned reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transition. This refund will be made provided that the items subject to withdrawal have been previously received. The right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful while they are in his possession. You must return the product using or including all its original packaging and accompanying documents. The direct costs originated by the return of the products object of the withdrawal will be borne by the User.
7. WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
Incorrect products: In the event of receiving an erroneous product, we promise to send the correct product in the shortest possible time in exchange service, that is, our transport will deliver the correct product and will take the erroneous one to return it to our facilities. For this, the User must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Damaged or broken products: In the event of having received a broken or damaged product during transport, in order to be able to process your request, the User must provide us with a brief description of the damage or defect of the item and attach a photo in which we can clearly see the damage or defect of the item. If upon receiving the package the User detects that there may be damage due to transport, it is important that they notify the carrier and mark it on the delivery note. It has 24 hours since you receive the product to inform us of the damage or breakage in transport. In cases of product breakage/damage, we promise to send another product that is in perfect condition.

The use of the site www.oleumhispania.com and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights that current legislation recognizes as such.
